Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) recently worked as part of a team led by The Walker Collaborative on a comprehensive plan for Starkville. This city is home to Mississippi State University, a major economic driver that also constitutes a major portion of land area within the county. Mr. Gross assessed the property markets, with a particular focus on opportunities for growing and diversifying the retail mix in Starkville. He also examined target opportunities for economic development, to help diversify the local economy.
Mr. Gross also completed separate work recently on a corridor revitalization strategy for the Highway 182 Corridor in Starkville. He prepared a Retail Market Analysis as an input to that planning effort. This work was completed as sub-consultant to planning firm Farmer Morgan.
