South Hartmann Drive Corridor Plan

Randall Gross / Development Economics (RGDE) provided retail and residential market analysis and strategic input to a corridor plan being developed by Ragan-Smith architects and engineers for the City of Lebanon. Part of this work looked at approaches for economic development along the corridor, a major arterial road developed with the intention of encouraging commercial and industrial development on the west side of Lebanon. The municipal airport is a key anchor for future development in the area.
