Mr. Gross worked as part of a team with HNTB to complete an economic development strategy for Miami County, Indiana. This strategy focused on labor force issues and on identifying target industrial opportunities that help diversify the community’s economic base. Development of amenity-based approaches for attracting business was also at the heart of the strategy. The work was completed for the Miami County Economic Development Department.
