Metsweding District Municipality, South Africa

Randall Gross assisted the Metsweding District Municipality on an economic development strategy as part of its IDP process. He completed an economic overview and identified marketing opportunities. He also prepared detailed recommendations on specific key projects to enhance the municipality’s economic and fiscal base.  Among these projects were rehabilitation of an existing industrial park on the border of Mpumalanga and Gauteng, as well as development of a new industrial park in the area. He worked as a consortium member with Sirius Development Foundation.
