Mr. Gross assisted in developing a revitalization strategy for Downtown Clarksburg, a city of 18,000 that was an important banking center prior to the Stock Market Crash of 1929.  Mr. Gross examined the market for retail, housing, and hotel/tourism uses as an input to the strategy.
