Mr. Gross worked as part of a planning team led by Zimmer, Gunsel, Frasca (ZGF) on a community revitalization plan for the Deanwood area of Washington, adjacent to Prince George’s County. For this work, Mr. Gross prepared a retail and housing market analysis, as well as strategic recommendations. He focused on measuring the need for workforce housing within the community and designing programs to address that need. He worked closely with the community on implementation of key plan recommendations. The work was completed for the D.C. Office of Planning.
