College Street Corridor Redevelopment Strategy

Randall Gross / Development Economics completed work for Austin Peay State University (APSU) on strategic planning for redevelopment along College Street. This street acts as the “front door” to the university and APSU is interested in enhancing the street as an important gateway while generating commercial and mixed-use activity. Mr. Gross provided strategic recommendations for development based on a Market Analysis that he completed for the downtown area (including College Street) for the City of Clarksville. As part of this work, he recommended development of an anchor event center, land for which has recently been purchased by Montgomery County Government.
